How to Use
Before Using:
1.Heat the stone (it takes about 30-45 minutes to reach the desired temperature). The stone should be in the temperature range of 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit (47-50 degrees Celsius).
2.You need to clean the stone and your hands before using it and apply some essential oils to the stone.
While Using:
1.Always apply the stone slightly moistened and well applied (but not dripping).
2.Make sure the client's skin is well lubricated and choose an aromatic formula of oil according to the client's skin type.
3.Turn the stone frequently during application to spread the temperature evenly. Avoid pressing the stones together.
4.Remove the stone from the heater and avoid using a metal spoon (the noise will distract the client from relaxing).
After Using:
1.Rinse all stones thoroughly with running cold water. Then wash with warm soapy water. Spray the stones with antibacterial spray.
2.At the end of the day, soak the stones in water and sea salt for 20 minutes. Dry the stones and re-oil them with a natural oil such as almond oil.
3.Clean and store the stones separately in a small box or container.

Notes
1. Caution should be taken with clients suffering from high blood pressure and circulatory disorders, heart disease, and pregnancy. And hot stone therapy is not suitable for clients with skin that is intolerant to heat, or clients with very sensitive skin.
2. Please avoid taking a hot shower directly after heat treatment. You should allow your body a proper period to rest and rebalance.
3. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
